• Ability to supervise medical assistants and LPNs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical workflows, patient flow, staffing and coverage.
• Supervise and support Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses.
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Ensure clinical processes, exam rooms, equipment, supplies, and infection control meet regulatory standards.
• Oversee clinical triage processes, standing orders, and protocols.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical staff.
• Monitor patient safety and quality-of-care standards.
• Work closely with leadership to address staffing, workflow, and operational needs.
• Support clinical programs, quality initiatives, and other organizational activities.
