Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry and maintaining medical records.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and hospital communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as receptionist and assist patients, visitors, and staff with courteous communication.
• Enter patient data and manage admitting/discharge related tasks.
• Maintain and organize medical records and related documents.
• Coordinate communications between departments and physicians per hospital standards.
• Support unit operations by handling supplies, equipment, and chart management.
