Job summary

Midwest Health is seeking a Clinical Support RN to serve as the primary clinical responder and escalation resource. You will provide real-time guidance, clinical decision-making, and care coordination to support communities and residents as needed.

In collaboration with Executive Directors and RCCs, you will respond to calls, document interactions, and advise on appropriate levels of care while communicating with physicians, families, and staff. Proficiency with EMR systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a compact/multistate LPN license.
• Experience providing real-time clinical guidance or escalation support.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time guidance as a primary clinical responder.
• Document clinical interactions in EMR or other software.
• Coordinate care and advise on appropriate level of care.
