Job summary

Midwest Health is seeking a Clinical Support RN to serve as a primary clinical responder and escalation resource, delivering real-time guidance, clinical decision-making, and care coordination. You will collaborate with Executive Directors and RCCs to support communities and provide needed assistance.

The role involves responding to calls, guiding on level of care, and documenting interactions in EMR or other software. A compact LPN license is required to practice across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Must hold a compact/multistate LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time guidance as part of quality assurance and respond to incoming calls and alerts.
• Manage and document complex clinical situations (falls, change in condition, behaviors).
• Advise on appropriate level of care and recommend resident interventions.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and staff.
• Document interactions in EMR or other software.
• Review, assess, educate, and provide guidance on sentinel events and participate in the QAPI program.

This person have a compact/multistate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
