Midwest Health Inc is seeking an LPN to join our team and provide care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The role includes care planning, patient education, and maintaining clinical records in a facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans, may require conferences with physician, patient, family, and other staff.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
• Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to State and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control and fire safety.
