MTMC Clinical is seeking registered nurses to join as a per-diem Clinical Support Nurse in Gainesville/Tallahassee, FL. This is not a sales role; you will provide clinical guidance and educate customers on our product portfolios, including demonstrations and in-servicing in healthcare facilities.

You will work with sales and clinical teams, answer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and document interactions.

Role Description

We are seeking motivated and skilled registered nurses to work on a per-dem basis in Gainesville/Tallahassee FL to provide customers with education and training on our product portfolios. This is not a sales position; it requires spending time in healthcare facilities and working with customers on the proper use of our products. This position is responsible for providing clinical guidance and product education to customers, including demonstrations, in-servicing, and support for appropriate product usage. Daily tasks include collaborating with sales and clinical teams, answering customer inquiries, assisting with troubleshooting clinical concerns, and offering feedback to improve product training materials. The Clinical Support Nurse documents interactions, maintains accurate records, and stays current with clinical best practices and product updates. The role involves regular travel to customer facilities in the region, while maintaining a professional, patient-centered approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing, with clinical experience in hospital or specialty care settings.
• A valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States
• Demonstrated ability to explain clinical concepts and product usage clearly to healthcare professionals and staff.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Comfort with traveling to customer sites and working in diverse clinical environments.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new digital tools and training platforms.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and patient safety; prior experience in clinical education or product training is a plus.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; additional certifications in a specialty area are beneficial.
