• Recognize warning signs for suicide and respond appropriately.
• Demonstrate active listening and crisis management skills.
• Document activities accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain safe living environment and follow program protocols.
• Provide transportation for off-campus activities when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team and other departments.
