Buckelew Programs in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Treatment Support Specialist to assist counselors by handling routine administrative tasks, enabling direct client care and therapeutic activities. You will help supervise clients, support medication administration, answer phones, and maintain organized shift documentation to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be registered or certified as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor through CADTP, CCAPP, CAADE, or another state-approved organization.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with self-administration of medications in accordance with program protocols.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Respond to client requests and questions to minimize interruptions to counselors.
• Circulate throughout the facility to monitor activity and provide support.
• Prepare and organize client files for new admissions.
• Administer and document urine drug screens (UAs) as required.
• Perform clerical duties, including filing, copying, and other administrative support as needed.
• Maintain shift documentation and incident reporting; send shift reports to the Residential Team.
