Job summary

OnePeak Medical seeks a Clinical Support Coordinator in Grants Pass to support physicians and front desk operations. The role covers Medical Assistant duties, phlebotomy, EHR management, and patient scheduling within a fast-paced clinic.

You will train across office areas, manage patient flow, collect vitals, prep charts, and assist with lab results while maintaining Compliance with the Employee Handbook. Prior CMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate degree or equivalent – required.
• 1+ years of experience in a comparable healthcare setting – required.
• Current BLS and/or CPR/AED Certification – required.
• Recent front desk reception or scheduling experience in a medical office – preferred.
• Medical billing & insurance payor knowledge – preferred.
• CMA certification preferred – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as a medical assistant for the selected provider(s).
• Train to cover all areas within the office, including lab and front desk, as needed.
• Room patients and taking vital signs, history, and review of systems.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain exam, lab, and treatment rooms and autoclaving instruments.
• Assist with chart entry, lab reports, and provider notes after visits.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, data entry, patient communications, and billing coordination.
• End of day responsibilities and EHR/EPM maintenance tasks.
