Valley Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator RN to support nursing leadership and patient care quality in Brownsville, TX. The role emphasizes education, coaching, and rounds to enhance safety and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, 2+ years as an RN, and 1+ year in a leadership or preceptor role, with required certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Eligible for comprehensive benefits with the hospital network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1+ years in a leadership role.
• 1+ years as a preceptor.

Responsabilités

• Performs rounds on each nursing unit, observing quality of patient care.
• Escalates concerns about nursing skills, patient care, policies, processes and equipment.
• Promotes patient experience and high quality care; supports excellence in safety and nursing practice.
• Attends rapid responses and codes; provides feedback and coaching before, during and after events.
• Provides feedback on nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, intervention and evaluation.
