Dignity Health's Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, CA seeks a Clinical Support Professional to monitor units, greet and assist patients and staff, and support management with budgeting and data analysis.

Competenze

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Professional, you will assist management in monitoring assigned units to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Every day you will apply specialized technical knowledge to supervisory and complex duties, including potential distribution of medical supplies per hospital policy.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate high independence, initiative, and originality, utilizing your expertise with minimal daily supervision to optimize patient care and unit efficiency.

• Greet customers (vendors, patients, staff, volunteers, and physicians) in person and on the phone, providing information, taking messages, scheduling appointments and or referring to appropriate individual or department.

Pay Range

$30.91 - $45.98 /hour
