Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team and coordinate workflows across facilities. You will support APCs and staff, manage patient information, and help ensure high‑quality care delivery with strong communication and administrative coordination.

The role involves travel to assigned facilities, coordination of schedules, and support for telehealth visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year patient care experience preferred; medical scribing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information, documentation, and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and acute changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support communication and quality care delivery.
• Assist with triage and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including lab results and patient records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and route patient consents.
