Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team with documentation, scheduling, and telehealth support across skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will collaborate with APCs and facility staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and seamless communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong customer service and positive, professional approach.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with all patient information and schedules ready.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate patient schedules (admissions, discharges, acute changes).
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families for quality care.
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation including labs, diagnostics, and records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and process patient consents and route documentation properly.
