Job Summary The Clinical Support Assistant supports the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) Program’s clinical education operations by serving as a central coordinator, communicator, and data manager for fieldwork and capstone experiences. Working with limited supervision, the role ensures smooth interaction among students, faculty, clinical partners, and accreditation bodies; maintains confidential academic and administrative records; manages clinical education data systems and site contracts; prepares program communications and manuals; and assists program leadership through research, reporting, and procedural development. The position also coordinates clinical education events, directs projects assigned to graduate assistants, and trains students in required web-based systems to uphold compliance, efficiency, and excellence across all clinical education functions.
