TSR Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee clinical supply operations in a pharmaceutical environment. You will coordinate GMP-compliant packaging/labeling, manage timelines, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of clinical materials.

The role requires 5–7 years in pharma, hands-on SAP/ERP experience, and strong communication and coordination skills in a GMP setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of pharma/healthcare experience.
• Minimum 3 years in GMP-regulated environment.
• Minimum 3 years in clinical trial operations or packaging/labeling.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong supply chain and PM principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple clinical supply projects and ensure timely delivery of clinical supplies.
• Coordinate with Trial Supply teams on packaging, labeling, study specs, and production schedules.
• Develop timelines, track milestones, and coordinate deliverables (drug products, packaging components, batch records, labels).
• Create and release BOMs and process orders in SAP.
• Execute SAP transactions (goods receipt, goods consumption, order conversion, TECO).
• Ensure BOMs align with packaging specs and trial requirements.
• Coordinate with QA for clinical supply release and review vendor proofs and change docs.
• Support GMP compliance, deviations, and change controls; drive continuous improvement.
