Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to manage inventory, oversee replenishment, and partner with Nursing and Ancillary departments to optimize PAR levels and reduce waste. The role focuses on accurate inventory, cost control, and communications with Supply Chain leadership.

The technician will support budgeting targets, utilize ERP tools, and maintain efficient supply flows within the healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CMRP certification preferred.
• Experience: Prior inventory/receiving/supply distribution in a medical setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office at a beginner level; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and replenishment for assigned Nursing/Ancillary units.
• Coordinate PAR optimization, product rotation, and obsolescence reduction.
• Serve as liaison to Nursing/Ancillary departments for product knowledge and PAR Level changes.
