Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking an analytics professional to drive the analysis, execution and evaluation of clinical supply chain projects and initiatives. You will assess processes, data and constraints to improve workflows and ensure resources are used efficiently.

You will leverage RAD, ERP, Tecsys, QSight and ParEx to source data, design PAR location optimizations, and monitor inventory space. The role focuses on delivering timely product availability for clinicians and requires up to

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and analytics platforms.
• Experience with ERP and related supply chain software.
• Ability to work with clinical, technical, and facility personnel.
• Data gathering to support analytical results.
• Ability to present technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Use apps, Workday, and Materials Mgmt software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate assigned projects and initiatives in the clinical supply chain.
• Analyze processes, data, and constraints to improve workflows and resource use.
• Leverage RAD, ERP, Tecsys, QSight and ParEx to source data for analysis.
• Design and optimize PAR locations and inventory storage.
• Monitor supply chain metadata to identify urgent optimization needs.
• Track KPIs for location and team performance.
• Convert analysis roadmaps into systemic changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
