Job summary

You will analyze operational and supply chain data, develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership, propose practical process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to applicable policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of supply chain experience.
• Healthcare, warehousing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to complete required education, training, and competency assessments.
• Prior Trinity Health facility experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, collect, and analyze operational and supply chain data to support projects.
• Develop, distribute, and maintain analytical and performance reports for key stakeholders.
• Create visual summaries highlighting trends, ROI, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance improvement initiatives.
• Utilize multiple system applications to perform analysis and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Trinity Health policies, practices, and procedures.
