Qualifications

• Master’s degree required (social work, counseling, psychology, PhD or PsyD).
• Three to five years with adolescent/young adult in residential or community settings.
• At least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
• Licensed in MA as LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Manage community-based services referrals and emergency referrals.
• Provide high-quality training and supervision to clinical staff.
• Oversee family engagement strategies to increase participation.
• Assist with intakes, interviews, and diagnostic assessments as needed.
• Coordinate with state agencies and partners for aligned services.
• Provide supervision to Masters-level clinicians and supervise interns.
• Carry a reduced caseload when needed and respond to emergencies.
