Job summary

Meridian Health Services in Indiana seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical supervision across service lines, coordinate with the Program Manager, and ensure quality care for patients. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field is required.
• Full professional licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is required.
• 2–4 years of licensed clinical experience is required.
• CANS/ANSA SuperUser certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with compliant driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision for assigned service lines.
• Provide clinical direction for staff and sign off on new staff documentation.
• Assist with clinical audits and evaluate patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with program management and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Maintain and update treatment plans and conduct admissions intakes when needed.
• Deliver direct clinical services as needed.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field of study

Full License in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)

2-4 years clinical experience as a Licensed Therapist

CANS/ANSA SuperUser certification

Valid driver’s license with compliant driving record
