Qualifications

• Two years supervisory clinical experience in a health/human service agency.
• Two years' peer support, recovery coaching or recovery specialist experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Oversight, supervision and quality assurance of mental health and AOD clinical services, including record keeping and direct services.
• Collaborates with Clinical Director/Supervisor to coordinate treatment plans and service utilization.
• Document all client interactions for continuity of care and accurate records.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to clinical staff on shift; participate in individual and group counseling.
