Job summary

Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to AMFTs, interns, and AOD counselors. The role ensures ethical, compliant clinical services and supports supervisees to meet Medi-Cal, Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness, and BBS standards.

The position is non-exempt, full-time, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active California license as LMFT, LCSW or LPCC, and eligibility to supervise under BBS regulations.
• Completion of required BBS supervision training within 6 months of hire and each license renewal cycle.
