Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to AMFTs, interns, and AOD counselors. The role ensures ethical, compliant clinical services and supports supervisees to meet Medi-Cal, Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness, and BBS standards.
The position is non-exempt, full-time, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, and paid time off.

The Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development support to Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs), trainees, interns, and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) counselors working toward licensure and/or certification. This position ensures ethical, compliant, and high-quality clinical services while fostering clinician development, retention, and connection to CADA’s mission. The Clinical Supervisor supports documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and professional growth of supervisees while ensuring services meet standards required by Medi-Cal, Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness, the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), and AOD certifying organizations.
This is a non-exempt, full-time position that is eligible for medical/vision/dental benefits, vacation, sick, and holiday pay. 30 hours/week.
Salary range: $42-$46, dependent on qualifications and experience
