Job summary

The Children’s Home Society (SVS) in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Part Time Clinical Supervisor/Program Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of the SVS program, recruit and supervise staff, and provide clinical oversight. This role supports coordination with DCP&P and delivers presentations as needed.

Required are a Master’s in social work or related field and a valid LPC or LCSW license, plus five years’ mental health experience and two years’ supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or related field preferred.
• Valid professional license (LPC, LCSW) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ mental health experience with children/adolescents/families.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Engage families in a culturally sensitive manner and communicate in preferred languages.
• Ensure a safe, non-traumatizing environment for parent-child contact.
• Coordinate with DCP&P and other providers and supports.
