Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to oversee in‑home and in‑community therapeutic services for youth across New Jersey. The role emphasizes weekly supervision of associate therapists and interns, program development, and collaboration with universities.

Strong clinical and organizational skills are essential for success in a dynamic, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Requires LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey
• Must be certified to supervise clinically
• Must have 2+ years of clinical supervision experience
• Experience supervising MSW, LSW, and LAC
• Familiarity with DSM-5-TR for assessments and diagnosis

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the clinical and internship program
• Provide weekly supervision for associates and interns (group and individual)
• Complete supervision contracts, evaluations, hours, and treatment plans
• Coordinate with universities and internship coordinators
• Train on parent coaching to improve youth and caregiver decision‑making
• Attend case consultations and staff trainings as needed
• Ensure documentation and compliance within required time frames
