Job summary

Acenda, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Director for the Supportive Visitation Services program in Glassboro, NJ.

You will provide administrative leadership, supervise staff, ensure documentation accuracy, and monitor program operations and budgets to support family reunification and quality care. The role requires a Master's in Social Work (or related field), an NJ license (LCSW preferred), and at least five years of mental health experience with children and families, including supervisory

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field required.
Valid New Jersey professional clinical license; LCSW preferred.
Minimum five years of mental health service experience with children/families.
Supervisory experience required and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and support staff in accordance with the Supervision for Success model.
Oversee staff scheduling, productivity, and workload management.
Ensure intake assessments identify family strengths and needs and align with goals.
Conduct Visit Planning Meetings within required timeframes and ensure appropriate care.
Monitor program expenditures and billing to meet budgets and funding requirements.
Promote culturally responsive and competent service delivery.
Maintain collaboration with leadership and community partners for referrals and interventions.
Ensure documentation accuracy in ECR, REDCap, and NJ Spirit databases.
Attend meetings, trainings, and engage in CQI and quality outcomes initiatives.
