Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Ohio to lead clinical teammates, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide education and training across the team. You will oversee documentation and provide ongoing supervision to maintain high standards of care.

Responsibilities include ensuring CARF/state compliance, supervising staff, and coordinating education. Travel up to 15% may be required. A Bachelor's degree plus LCDC III/LICDC/LISW/LPCC licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must have state of Ohio licensure/certification in LCDC III or LICDC/LICDC-CS and LISW/LPCS.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 1 year of experience in SUD field with LCDC III/LICDC/LPCC or LISW.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with CARF and state/federal policies across the clinical program.
• Supervises and facilitates clinical supervision for staff.
• Maintains timely, complete documentation of treatment services.
• Provides ongoing professional development and training for the clinical team.
• Participates in program development and evaluation to improve outcomes.
