Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Ohio to lead clinical teammates, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide education and training across the team. You will oversee documentation and provide ongoing supervision to maintain high standards of care.
Responsibilities include ensuring CARF/state compliance, supervising staff, and coordinating education. Travel up to 15% may be required. A Bachelor's degree plus LCDC III/LICDC/LISW/LPCC licensure is required.
Normal hours of operation M-F 6a-2:30p and rotating Saturdays 6a-10a

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will manage and provide leadership for all clinical teammates. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of performance by providing clinical supervision, education, and training for the team. You will ensure all clinical documentation is on par with state/federal regulations and Pinnacle Treatment Centers policies. You will work independently and under minimal supervision, which requires clear knowledge of the agencies’ policy and procedures including disciplinary and grievance adherence.
