Job summary

Sana Lake Recovery, LLC is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our outpatient clinical team in Dittmer, MO. The role provides clinical and administrative oversight, with a possible small caseload and group facilitation to support program operations and client care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, reviewing documentation, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while contributing to program quality and staff development in a residential treatment setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
• Active state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent) required.
• Clinical supervision credential preferred, if applicable by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight to counseling staff.
• Maintain a small caseload and facilitate groups as needed.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
