Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Counselor Supervisor to oversee counselors providing treatment and casework to patients in a compliant outpatient setting.

The supervisor will ensure timely documentation, identify additional patient needs, and report to the Treatment Center Director, guiding staff through meetings and ongoing training in a BayMark outpatient clinic.

Qualifications

• Must hold OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S licenses.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
• Prior supervisory experience required; self-motivated and directed.
• Positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with EMRs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assigns counselors’ caseloads and makes necessary amendments.
• Conducts quality assurance file reviews.
• Direct and supervise all intake operations.
• Ensure efficient delivery of counseling services to patients.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records per regulations.
• Maintain counseling caseload and supervise staff through meetings and training.
• Act as Treatment Center Director when absent.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
