Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead our ambulatory Urology team. You will oversee staff, provide patient-centered leadership, and drive continuous improvement while delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with five 8-hour shifts, no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements. A strong benefits package supports career growth and development within a respected health system.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license or eligible; BLS required or obtain within 30 days.
  • Experience: Two years RN experience; supervisory experience preferred.

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

Summary

The Supervisor – Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80to $121,721.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
