Job summary

Recovery Centers of America seeks a Clinical Supervisor to organize, monitor, and oversee therapists’ services across programs. The role includes supervising clinicians, maintaining regulatory compliance, and liaising with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position emphasizes program development, staff training, and strong documentation. A Master’s degree plus supervisory experience are preferred; location is Indiana with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a health or human services related field with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred (CPC-AD/LCADC/LCPC/LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of county, state and federal regulations; HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, supervision and QA of all mental health and AOD services.
• Ensure services comply with regulatory agencies and documentation standards.
• Lead weekly team case conferences and oversee treatment plans.
• Assign cases to therapists and paraprofessionals and liaise with referral sources.
