Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a skilled clinical supervisor to oversee a multi-disciplinary team delivering trauma-informed care to high-need populations. You will guide licensed clinicians and case workers, ensuring high-quality services and regulatory compliance at the Los Angeles unit.

The role emphasizes program leadership, staff development, and documentation quality to support VOALA’s mission and billing goals. On-site supervision is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and relevant licensure are required.
• Minimum 3 years of complex clinical experience in homeless or vulnerable populations.
• Finger print clearance and background checks are required.
• Ability to adhere to state policies and program standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed and/or registered clinical staff.
• Ensure trauma-informed and strength-based program delivery.
• Review case records for accuracy and compliance with laws and policies.
• Build and lead a collaborative clinical case management team.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and in-service training.
• Provide quality assurance of documentation and billing alignment.
