Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the multi-disciplinary case management team and provide clinical guidance to the Program Manager. The role ensures trauma-informed and strength-based approaches while safeguarding staff and clients.

The position requires a Master's in social work, psychology, or counseling and California licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC), plus active TB screening and BLS certification. On-site work and strong regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint/background check and verification processes.
• TB screening and immunization records current (within 5 days of hire).
• Current professional license (if applicable).
• Current BLS certification (within 15 days of hire).
• Complete all required trainings within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work with vulnerable populations with empathy and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed and/or registered therapists, case workers and other clinical staff.
• Ensure trauma-informed, strength-based program approach and safety of staff and clients.
• Review services with multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality of care.
• Maintain accurate case management records and regulatory compliance.
• Build and support high-quality care through teamwork and supervision.
