Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles seeks a seasoned clinical supervisor to oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed, client-centered care. You will report to the Program Manager and ensure quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising licensed clinicians and case workers, leading regular staff meetings, and maintaining high standards of care. Requires CA licensure and a Master’s degree in social work or related field.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Minimum 3 years of complex clinical experience in relevant populations.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and ensuring policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical case management services and supervise licensed clinicians and case workers.
• Lead regular staff meetings and training to discuss policies and improve practice.
• Ensure quality assurance of documentation and adherence to VOALA procedures and state regulations.
• Support program staff to maintain high standards of care.
