Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks a Supervising Clinician to expand access to quality mental health care while mentoring developing therapists and supporting a collaborative clinical culture.

Responsibilities include weekly supervision of clinicians pursuing licensure, partner with Clinic Directors on performance and ethics, oversee documentation, deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, coordinate referrals, and ensure timely charting in-person or via

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or related field from an approved program.
• Active, unrestricted MA LMHC or LICSW licensure, with licensure in other states if applicable.
• Experience supervising clinicians and interns to licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to clinicians pursuing licensure and interns.
• Partner with Clinic Directors to assess competencies and address performance or ethics concerns.
• Review and approve clinical documentation, maintain supervision records on time.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate care and referrals with prescribers and other providers.
• Provide in-person and/or telehealth services based on clinical and business needs.
• Complete clinical documentation within 48–72 hours whenever possible.
• Maintain licensure, supervisor credentials, and payer compliance.
