Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Supervising Clinician to mentor clinicians pursuing licensure and supervise interns. The role combines in-person and telehealth clinical work while upholding high standards of care and compliance.

You will oversee supervision, ensure documentation compliance, and coordinate with prescribers. A MA license and state eligibility for supervision are required, with opportunities for professional growth and impactful patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted MA LMHC or LICSW licensure; licensure in other states as needed.
• Board requirements for supervision toward licensure, including post-licensure experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to clinicians pursuing licensure and interns.
• Partner with Clinic Directors to assess competencies and provide feedback.
• Review and approve clinical documentation; maintain supervision records.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, assessments, and crisis intervention with a caseload.
• Coordinate care and referrals with prescribers and other providers.
• Deliver in-person and/or telehealth services as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation within 72 hours.
• Maintain licensure, supervisor credentials, and payer compliance.
