You will help guide documentation standards, support professional growth, and partner with leadership to shape the future of our clinical program.

Qualifications

• Current LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S, or Supervisor status ELIGIBLE.
• Track record of strong clinical work and a genuine interest in developing others.
• Commitment—applicants operating their own private practice will not be considered.
• Reliability, collaboration, and a long-term mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carry a client caseload and continue doing the clinical work you love.
• Supervise and mentor clinicians — including associates working toward full licensure.
• Guide clinical documentation and best practices across the team.
• Partner with leadership to shape the future of our clinical program and organization.
