Job summary

Greater Houston Counseling Services in Houston seeks an experienced supervisor to carry a clinical caseload while mentoring clinicians and associates toward licensure. This role blends direct clinical work with leadership responsibilities and program development.

You will help guide documentation standards, support professional growth, and partner with leadership to shape the future of our clinical program.

Qualifications

• Current LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S, or Supervisor status ELIGIBLE.
• Track record of strong clinical work and a genuine interest in developing others.
• Commitment—applicants operating their own private practice will not be considered.
• Reliability, collaboration, and a long-term mindset.
