About Magnolia House: Located in Brooklyn's Brownsville, Magnolia House serves 200 women experiencing homelessness, many with mental health and substance abuse issues. It provides a structured, supportive, and drug-free environment to help clients stabilize and transition into permanent housing.

Position: Clinical Supervisor

Reports To: Assistant Program Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily operations and staff in accordance with program goals and policies.
2. Plan and oversee shelter activities, ensuring documentation and referrals are completed accurately.
3. Develop programming addressing clients' needs related to housing, mental health, substance abuse, and employment.
4. Provide crisis intervention and ensure team collaboration.
5. Engage clients through workshops, field visits, and community programming.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed Master’s Degree in Social Work (LMSW), Counseling, or Guidance.
• LMSW required within one year of hire, maintained throughout employment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $58,000 - $64,000 annually. CAMBA offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, retirement, paid time off, and holidays.

Additional Details:
