Job summary

GLOM OUTPATIENT SERVICES INC in California seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to supervise therapists and interns, support case conceptualization, and ensure Medi-Cal compliance. You will lead weekly group and individual supervision, review documentation, and provide clinical guidance to improve client outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in social work with an LCSW/LMFT license and 2–5+ years of relevant experience, plus CPR/BLS certification, and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work with a license by the Board of Behavioral Science (LCSW/LMFT).
• 2–5+ years’ experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy across youth to adults.
• CPR/First Aid/BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel up to 25%.
• Background clearances including FBI/DOJ and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly administrative and clinical supervision of therapists and interns.
• Facilitate group supervision and provide daily supervision and evaluation.
• Offer crisis consultations and clinical trainings for staff development.
• Ensure documentation, treatment planning, and Medi‑Cal compliance.
• Assist in program reporting and staff productivity tracking.
• Oversee care planning meetings and staff education needs.
• Maintain client files and ensure proper releases and regulatory compliance.
