Job summary

Transitions Counseling and Consulting in Arizona seeks an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to serve as Clinical Supervisor, mentoring therapists and interns and ensuring supervision policies are followed. You will supervise staff, address personnel needs, and oversee training programs from day one.

You will provide direct client therapy as scheduled and collaborate with a supportive team to maintain high-quality care for children, teens, and adults across our sites in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must be licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners on an independent level as an LPC, LMFT or LCSW.
• One year of clinical supervision experience preferred but not required.
• Arizona Supervisor Training preferred; if not complete at hire, training within 30 days (sponsored).
• Provide fingerprint clearance card issued by AZDPS; renew as applicable.
• Maintain CPR and first aid certification.
• No suspension/debarment from federal health care programs.

Responsibilities

• Mentorship and supervision of therapists, interns, and clinical staff, ensuring supervision hours and file compliance.
• Address patient concerns, participate in rotating supervision/phone coverage, and provide direct client therapy per agreed schedule.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive treatment plans and positive outcomes.
