Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in California to oversee day-to-day operations of the program’s clinical services under the Executive Director/Regional Director. You will manage treatment service teams and ensure high standards of care.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in Social Work or Psychology, a valid clinical license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), and at least two years post-license or post-master’s management experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Social Work or Psychology required.
• Two years post-license and/or post-master's management experience.
• Licensed by a State agency (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) per agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and controls the delivery of mental health services per agency standards.
• Maintains documentation and case records per MediCal standards.
• Provides clinical supervision and performance management of program staff.
• Develops and administers on-the-job training and orientation for new staff.
• Oversees referral and intake to ensure high-quality service.
• Implements quality assurance and reports for clinical services; participates in Quality Improvement teams.
• Provides back-up clinical and case management services as needed.
• Builds and maintains relationships with community agencies and stakeholders.
• Provides on-call clinical coverage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
