Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee counselors and ensure delivery of high-quality care in a supportive environment.

The role involves evaluating potential clients, assisting in treatment plan development, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards. Requires Maryland LCPC/LCSW-C licensure and supervision approvals, with a Master’s degree and prior supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C licensure.
• Maryland state board approved supervisor for ADT, CAC-AD and CSC-AD.
• Master’s degree in related field.
• Two years demonstrated supervision/management experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• Obtained specialized training in CBT, trauma informed care, collaborative documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support counseling staff.
• Evaluate potential clients for level of care and identify DSM diagnoses.
• Assist counselors in developing treatment plans.
• Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consultations.
• Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and staff.
• Maintain a manageable caseload as needed.
• Assist the Program Director in developing new programs.
• Attend necessary training sessions.
• Perform clerical duties for client files.
• Listen to clients regarding all areas of treatment.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and crisis intervention.
• Ensure the clinical program operates daily as scheduled.
