Job summary

Revere Health in Utah is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, coordination, and clinical oversight for our primary care staff. You will bridge administration and clinical teams, oversee workflows, ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and drive quality initiatives.

Responsibilities include supervising Medical Assistants, conducting evaluations, training, EMR governance, improving patient flow, and reporting metrics weekly.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification is required.
• Experience in a leadership role (Lead MA, Supervisor, or Charge) is required.
• BLS and CPR certification are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with conflict-resolution abilities in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-office operations and clinical workflows.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Medical Assistants.
• Train and coach the MA team on clinic policies and value-based care.
• Identify opportunities to develop the MA team and improve patient flow.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA regulatory compliance within the clinic.
• Support patient experience initiatives and manage escalated complaints.
