Job summary

Argus Community, Inc. in the New York City metropolitan area seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services and supervise staff across Argus programs. You will ensure plans align with standards and guide evidence-based approaches, including behavioral and psychological interventions.

You will review treatment plans, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and mentor staff while supporting quality improvement and leadership reporting. This is a full-time on-site role based in NYC.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong clinical supervision and supervisory skills.
• Candidates should possess case management skills, with experience coordinating services and maintaining detailed records.
• Knowledge in psychology and applied behavior analysis, or other evidence-based behavioral interventions relevant to community and substance use treatment settings.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred.
• Experience working with disadvantaged populations, individuals affected by substance use disorders, or community-based treatment programs is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, mission-driven environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in behavioral health or social services and comfort with using electronic record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to direct service staff.
• Review and approve treatment and service plans.
• Guide the use of evidence-based approaches, including behavioral and psychological interventions.
• Conduct case reviews and monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Coach and mentor staff, supporting program development.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and report outcomes to leadership.
• Engage in regular communication with leadership to report on outcomes and service needs.
