The Jewish Board seeks a Clinical Supervisor, LCSW to lead the clinical supervision and professional development of licensed staff in our clinic. You will implement evidence-based services and oversee crises, ensuring timely access to quality care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will supervise clinicians, manage caseloads up to 350 clients across programs, and guide quality improvement initiatives. Hybrid work is available with travel between locations in NY.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling is required.
• New York State licensure in social work (LCSW) or LMHC-DP is required.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• DBT, Trauma Focused CBT, EMDR preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and provision evidence-based or new clinical services or models of care to meet clinical needs.
• Identify gaps in clinical services and develop solutions.
• Lead implementation of evidence-based treatments or oversee innovative models of care.
• Ensure staff maintain active caseloads and maximize direct client contact.
• Provide supervision, training, and performance development for clinicians.
• Oversee crisis intervention services and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient program operations.
