Qualifications

• Must meet the qualifications of a mental health professional.
• Master degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy is required.
• Independently Licensed with 5+ years of experience working with families and children in the Community.
• Experience with CBHI program and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group supervision for assigned clinicians.
• Ensure annual performance reviews for staff under supervision.
• Maintain clinical records meeting MA standards and licensing regulations.
• Review and manage reports of abuse/neglect and coordinate with Clinical Director.
• Implement quality improvement and incident review processes.
• Participate in policy development and program governance.
• Carry a caseload and supervise a portion of clinical cases.
