Job summary

Children's Institute seeks an experienced supervisor to lead clinical and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality client care and full compliance with licensing and agency standards. You will oversee documentation, training, and performance, while fostering collaboration with clients and families.

The role requires advanced degrees in psychology, social work, or related fields and a track record of supervisory accountability, travel readiness, and bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, child development, or related field required.
• 4 years managerial/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages quality and effectiveness of service delivery through regular supervision and monitoring of client care documentation including assessments, care plans, outcome measures and progress notes.
• Ensures timely and high-quality documentation of services by assigned staff in accordance with agency requirements.
• Supports staff to provide clinically appropriate, culturally respectful services in partnership with clients and families.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in records and reporting.

Education
