Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of managerial, supervisory experience.
• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, child development, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure with BBS or BOP; minimum two years of licensure.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance; travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision, guidance and training to assigned staff.
• Monitor and ensure high-quality client care documentation and adherence to standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in record-keeping.
